I am going to be keeping you up to date with my daily routines, good and bad, because I am in this with you and I designed this website to not only help you all; but to help myself stay motivated. No one becomes successful alone, but I have faith together we can conquer this once and for all and stick to our diet, lose weight, and have the body of our dreams!
Do you want to lose weight, tone up, and feel confident naked?
When it comes down to it, our diets are the biggest part of our weight loss journey. Exercise can be hard and boring, so I suggest making your primary focus on eating healthy. This doesn’t mean to forget about exercise because exercise plays a major role in the weight loss process, toning your body, speeding up your metabolism, and giving you natural energy. What I am saying is; small daily changes equal long term results. Let’s get down one thing at a time and then move to the next. When you over extend yourself and try to do everything at once that is when you fail, because you give up before you have the chance to succeed. To get you started focus on your desire, motivation, and reasons for wanting to lose weight and when you develop the habit, that is what will keep you going! Trust me my friends, I wont steer you wrong! So Let’s Get to the Basics–Calories, Analyze and Calculate the Effects
It all makes sense once you analyze the effects. For instance, it takes about 40 minutes of running for an individual that weighs about 150 pounds to burn between 400 and 500 calories. However, by eating one cup of granola, you will take 500 calories and eliminate the effects of your hard work. So, what does healthy eating mean especially in terms of losing weight? It means taking in fewer calories than your body uses on a daily basis. The main goal is to eliminate extra pounds and fat from your body and the only way to do this is to use the stored fat and turn it into energy. Eat more veggies, protein, good carbs and healthy fats. Weight loss is about 80% what we eat and 20% working out.
Healthy Food Does Taste Good
Diets are really are not as bad as we make it out to be in our head. I know when we hear the terms ‘healthy food’ or “diets” it can sound scary – like we’re going to have to give up eating what we love and get used to feeling hungry and sleepy. But it’s 2016 and it’s possible to eat delicious healthy food, but still maintain nutrient rich diets that help you keep a fabulous waistline, while boosting your energy at the same time! Every time you get tempted to give in and eat that pizza or ice cream just think about your long term goal and I guarantee you wont even question what to do.This is just a little overview of what kind of content I am going to be updating on my site-I can go on and on about different successful diets/meal plans-communities you can join to help stay on track, delicious recipes and much more. If you have any questions about dieting or would like to offer any diet insight you have gotten over the years (from your personal experiences), please leave a comment below. I would love to hear all about it!
